                This store often has very inconsistent hours soit ishard toget inside, and once you are inside itis even harder toget adevice repaired. Ileft mydevice there for amonth without being contacted about any form ofrepair orreturn ofthe device. From what Ican gather, new managements has ruined this store

                  They did such awonderful and quick job getting mydaughter’s phone. The screen was shattered and they repaired itgood asnew! Nia and the staff were sokind and responsive! They even provided ascreen protector and helped usput the case backon. Agreat gift just before the holidays!
                  While Ihope not tohave another broken device, Iknow where togo ifwedo!!

                    Last month Icalled this location trying toget mydevice fixed and the person onthe phone (Nia) assured methat they could dothe repair the nextday. Onthe next day Idrove down tolaurel only todiscover that they aren’t open. Nia didn’t give mea heads upthat the store was closed.I basically drove 40miles tohave time and gas wasted

                    I don’t recommend coming tothis location

                      Employment treatment: Ihave two friends that worked there, one for 6months and another for ayear. Prior tothem being bought out from another company, they loved theirjob. New leadership camein, Nia and they came home everyday exhausted and miserable from disrespect and “punishment” tothe staff for being late by10minutes orhaving amessy desk. Asfor customer satisfaction, this leadership has put customers onthe back burner and places her employees infront totake the heat. This includes losing products, lying about service completion, not following through oncustomer needs, having the cops called and not taking accountability and the wonderful review below that explains itall. Iwould spend the extra money atSamsung orApple just toavoid acompany and aleader that simply doesn't care about anyone, but themselves.– show

                        Had anafternoon appointment, and when Ishowed upthe shop was closed. Iwas not contacted tocancel orreschedule, just schlepped out tofind this sign onthe door.

                          I drove 20miles and arrived atthis location afew minutes after the posted opening only tofind the door locked. After 30minutes ofwaiting outside, anemployee came tothe front and taped asign that they wouldn't beopening today.

                              Two monthsago, Idropped mycell phone, and Verizon Wireless insisted that itcould NOT berepaired. They even sent mea replacement phone via Asurion because Ihave their insurance.

                              I decided tojust call this location inLaurel, Maryland, andI, initially, spoke with Paul. Hewas EXTREMELY confident that myphone was fixable. Intriguing. Once the part arrived, itwas fixed inLESS THAN 15minutes! Harold, mytech, was just fantastic! Hetook the time toexplain myrepairs using simple l

                                  I broke myphone screen and needed toget itfixed. Ihad insurance soI had the choice tosend itin which would cost meor goto the store and have itdone free. Icouldn’t wait for myphone tobe sent out and come back plus didn’t have the money topay for itand who doesn’t like free. SoI had the choice topick which location and decided with them ona whim onhow this place would beand I’m glad that Ichose them. Not disappointed onbit. They had myscreen instock, didn’t have tomake anappointment just walked inand noline. The employees were friendly and amazing attheir job and answering any questions Ihad. Plus itdidn’t take them long atall toreplace itthen Ithought itwould. They even checked tomake sure everything isin working order before giving itback. Iwould definitely recommend them toanymore that need any type ofelectronic fixed and they also have great insurance plans for your stuff athome that doesn’t have insurance and could break. Italways great tohave insurance cuz you never know what could happen. Thank you guys for fixing myphone and getting back tome soquickly.– show
