@Xfinity my father is 79 years old and he lives alone. We have been trying to get you to fix his phone and cable for over a week! We can’t get anyone to pick up the phone! He can’t even call 911 If something happens! We are disgusted!

@NGC3314 @comcastcares Unfortunately this was not a hardware issue. They messed up porting my number from Spectrum (it is gone now) and they also messed up giving me a new number. I was hoping that public shaming would help as I ran out of options, we'll see.
